Terms of Service

Bizpara Inc. · Effective October 21, 2026 · Last updated October 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Bizpara website at bizpara.com and, at a general level, the executive-assistant services provided by Bizpara Inc. ("Bizpara," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you engage Bizpara as a client, your services are governed by the Client Services Agreement you sign with us (the "Agreement"); if anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed Agreement, the Agreement controls.

1. The service

Bizpara Inc., a Wyoming corporation, provides premium executive-assistant and business-support services. Depending on a client's plan, the services may include calendar and schedule management; email and correspondence handling; travel research, booking, and itinerary management; meeting coordination and preparation; document creation and formatting; expense and administrative support; research; and other reasonable administrative and operational tasks.

Human-led, AI-assisted. Bizpara's services are human-led. Our AI assistant, Bizpara Agent, supports our executive assistants — for example, by helping draft, summarize, clean up dictated notes, and organize information. The AI never acts on its own: a human executive assistant reviews, edits, and approves all work before it is delivered or sent on a client's behalf, and remains responsible for the final output.

Administrative support only. The services are administrative and operational support. Bizpara does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and the services are not a substitute for such advice.

2. Using this website and the portal

This website is provided for general information about Bizpara and its services. You cannot create an account through this website, and submitting our intake form does not create an account or start an engagement — it simply lets our team respond to your inquiry. You can reach us through the Book a discovery call page.

Client portal accounts at portal.bizpara.com are created by Bizpara; we do not offer public self-registration. A client engagement begins only under a signed Client Services Agreement.

You agree to use this website lawfully and as intended. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, the portal, or any related system; submit information that is false or that you do not have the right to share; use the website in a way that interferes with its operation or security; or use the website or the services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients help the service run well by: giving instructions and making decisions in a timely manner; providing the access, information, documents, and materials reasonably needed to perform the services; designating a primary contact for day-to-day instructions; and making sure their instructions are lawful and that they have the right to share any materials and access they provide.

Clients use the services only for their own lawful business and personal administrative purposes, and remain responsible for the substance of decisions they make on the basis of the services — including approvals they give for communications, bookings, and purchases made on their behalf.

4. Plans, fees, and the Client Services Agreement

Bizpara offers custom monthly plans built around each client's needs and budget. Each plan is one all-in price: no payroll, benefits, or equipment charges are passed on to the client. The specifics of your plan — including your monthly fee, the hours included in your plan, any charges for work beyond those hours, payment terms, and the security deposit — are set out in your Client Services Agreement and its commercial terms schedule, and those documents govern.

Your monthly plan is billed in full each month, whether the month runs under or over its included hours. Cancellation and termination are governed by your Agreement, including its notice requirements and its deposit terms. Under the Agreement, a cancellation or termination by the client is effective only when given by email to the address specified for that purpose in the Agreement — a verbal statement, a portal message, or notice given to your assigned executive assistant does not cancel the Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Information a client shares with Bizpara in the course of the services — emails, calendars, documents, and business and personal affairs — is treated as confidential whether or not it is marked as such. We use confidential information only to provide the services, protect it with at least reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel and representatives who need to know it for the services and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Every Bizpara executive assistant is bound by these obligations before receiving access to client systems. The same duties apply to Bizpara's confidential information shared with a client. Standard exceptions apply — for example, information that is publicly available without fault, was already known without a duty of confidence, or must be disclosed as required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

6. Intellectual property

The work product Bizpara creates specifically for a client in the course of the services — documents, itineraries, drafts, summaries, and organized materials — belongs to that client, as set out in the Client Services Agreement. Materials and access a client provides remain the client's property and are used only to provide the services.

Bizpara retains all rights in its own materials and anything it develops independently, including its systems, software, templates, checklists, workflows, training materials, and know-how. The content of this website belongs to Bizpara or its licensors; you may view it for your own information, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Bizpara intellectual property other than as described above.

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information, and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on this website is not professional advice of any kind (see Section 1).

We work carefully and stand behind the quality of our services, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome from using the services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, neither Bizpara nor the client will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. For clients, Bizpara's total liability in connection with the services is limited as set out in the Client Services Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting clients will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms or about Bizpara's services are welcome. The best way to reach us is through the intake form on our Book a discovery call page, and someone from the team will be in touch shortly. Existing clients can also reach their executive assistant through the client portal.
